When is the best time of the year to get married in Annapolis and the Chesapeake Bay?

Yes. The Circuit Court for Anne Arundel County, at 7 Church Circle in the heart of downtown Annapolis, administers marriage licenses and performs civil wedding ceremonies. Baltimore/Washington International Thurgood Marshall Airport, in Baltimore near the Anne Arundel County border, is mere minutes from anywhere in Annapolis and the Chesapeake Bay.
